Overall a very good deal for the cost - thanks. Friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable location, great view of the sea.. The breakfast isn’t worth it - eat elsewhere..

Decent and friendly place but did not meet high expectations.. Receptionist was friendly and could speak English and even continued to do so to include me even though my wife is Turkish. Very appreciated! Price was very reasonable compared to surrounding options. Spacious.. I was disappointed as it had quite good reviews and ratings leading to high expectations. However what I experienced: Room was like a one bedroom apartment which is nice, however air-conditioning is only in the living room and not a very powerful one so bedroom stays quite warm. 38c day outside. Curtains didn't close the entirety of the window, so lots of light in the morning. Bathroom was so so, found used soap from previous guest in the shower. I booked two rooms, one of which a sea-view suite. It however did not have a sea-view, unless you count hanging over the side of a small balcony railing. Plenty of noise coming from the elevator. Knocking and whirring sounds. All in all a decent place, however not equal to the high rating I found when I booked it. If you keep your expectations in line with the above and find a good price then you'll have a better experience than I did..

Could be cleaner!. Spacious apartment.. Very basic. Bed cushions were covered in hair. Bathroom has hairballs in the shower and on the wall. Cleanliness was not great. Balcony is tiny and cramped. Location is quite a distance out of the centre and there are no restaurants around. Quite a walk down to the old town..

For two nights to stay it was good place. Pretty spacious rooms .very good breakfast. Bathrooms need little renovation. Their webside direction is not very good. It was hard to find location.

Exceptional. The room was like an apartment it was very comfortable. The view was exceptional and the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back there again.. .

Friendly staff and nice, big rooms with a good view.. Nice, big room. Comfortable bed. Good view. Clean.. Location is close enough to the water, but in a residential area so I didn’t find any markets or shops nearby..

Great place, great view at a great location :). The property is at a nice location, walking distance from Ladies Beach and close to the Kusadasi castle as well. Amazing view of the sea from our room! Has parking available and a cute cafe for breakfast. The room was spacious and breakfast was decent for vegetarians. The staff is courteous. While staff is courteous, English language was a bit of a challenge. Our room was a suite however there was no AC in the room but only 1 in the hall.
