Exceptional. Good location with a nice staff and a great value for the price.. A lot of noise during the night with the neighbours but also birds singing when the sun rises so if you don't mind that then this hotel is a great choice !.

Hotel served a purpose. Typical budget hotel with the added extra of a pool.. The pool was good. Nice and clean. Views lovely. Location great as only a short walk to kusadasi town.
Plenty of restaurants. Castle and grounds. Fab boat trips.. Turkish breakfast was the only option so no provisions for European travellers.
Rooms very tired and dated and dingy.
Only Turkish tv channels. No coffee and tea making facilities. The interior of the hotel needs modernising..

I can come again after renovation.. Everything was nice.. Building needs renovation. Also there was a night club on the other side of the street. Sleeping is not easy because of noisy music..

If you like loud music till 0300 am, a great place to stay. The spa. Old rooms and a really really noisy nightclub at the other side of the street. Kids couldn't sleep till 0300 after which the music stopped. We left a day earlier.
