Very good. Deniz on reception was very helpful, with everything and her English was exceptional.. unfortunately I was in a wheelchair and the lifts were not working so I had to yous the service lift, but Deniz came with me and put my mind at ease as I was nervous in it..

Not recomended. Spacious room Large pool Good cleaning services. Old furniture Bad quality of the food, breackfast was bad, same products, no taste.

We had a wonderfull stay from management to staff 100%.. This hotel is just beautiful.rooms cleaned each day.beds are so comfortable.staff is amazing each one.couldnt say a wrong word.well def be my 1st choice on returning.lovely area too next to ladies beach.lovrly and quiet at night to sleep.. .

Good. The rooms where very spacious we asked for a sea view room and they accommodated this. The pool area was beautiful. The hamam steam room and sauna where great and Ferat very welcoming.. The gym was very out dated no free weights so not suitable for us. On the last night 3 buses full of school children arrived and they where running around the corridors screaming and shouting and knocking on doors. People come to relax not for chaos..

The hotel is well located, has good sea view rooms and decent facilities. Location - Excellent location right next to the popular Ladies Beach Parking - Ample Parking space inside the hotel premise Room - Large sea-facing rooms. Lobbies - both entrance and floor lobbies could be better lit Toiletries - were average Lift - was not working properly Some of the furniture was of average quality - like plastic chairs in the balcony.

Exceptional Hotel, facilities are excellent, Staff are amazing, extremely helpful and friendly.. I've had the pleasure of staying at the ADA Newday Resort in Kusadasi for 11 days this September and I have to say the experience has been amazing, The Hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. A big thank you to both Selen and Denise who have gone out of there way to accommodate my working requirements for fast uninterrupted WiFi, as I've needed to work while here, and also my fussy requirements on Hotel Room view, which is exceptional as you can see from the images. The food is also excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the pool and pool area are spotless and well maintained as is the whole hotel. If coming here, you must try the Turkish bath, sauna and steam rooms, they are excellent as well as the massage treatments, for as little as €30 for a full body massage... I couldn't recommend ADA Newday resort enough, even its location, right beside Ladies Beach which has a beautiful board walk, with excellent restaurants overlooking the beach and sea. Also it is only 5 minutes in a taxi from the Town Centre, €4 in a taxi. Perfect location for the perfect stay in Kusadasi. Will definitely be back. nothing.

Superb. When I arrived I was blown away. Parking for a vehicle with security. The very reception by the reception, entering the room, everything welcomed me as described here. Clean, tidy. The pool is outstanding. The beach is extremely close, about 150 m. I had breakfast paid for. What about breakfast, a buffet, and what else is missing from food? Excellent selection, over 40 foods on offer. For every taste. The first impression is a clear 10!. But, as the days pass, the shortcomings became apparent. The rooms were kept clean and there were new sheets every day. however, sometimes the towels were not changed, coffee and tea were not left next to the cooker, water for drinks was always left in the room in the first three days, after that not anymore, I even found the terrace messy on the penultimate day. So I had to ask the staff to deliver it all to me. The food for breakfast was also plentiful, but there was a lack of hot dogs, sausages that were always on offer during the previous days. Overall, this hotel could have received a clean 10 from me, but due to these shortcomings, I give it an 8. But in any case, I would visit this hotel again..
