Marissa - she is fab and the face of the Diplomat - the apartments we were in were also fab. The location for breakfast was great - staff all friendly and very efficient - food amazing!
Marissa 9on reception was absolutely fantastic! She was messaging me weeks before the holiday as I had to change rooms etc and she was on hand all the time we were there. Nothing we didnt like.

Exceptional. Staff is very kind and respectful. Great view and beautiful scenery in the heart of the nature. Hotel's restaurant, Bade, offers variety of dishes and they're all delicious. Beach is easily accessible and the crew works really hard and only hotel customers are allowed which is nice.. Nothing in particular. There is no elevator which we don't mind but can be challenging for some, especially for top floor stays..

Brilliant for what we wanted. Very friendly stuff Monisha the manager messaged and answered questions in a very helpful reassuring manner . Staff took bags to apartment and all wa good. There was a repetitive mechanical noise somewhere nearby no idea what , you got used to it but at first disturbed the sleep.

Not what we were expecting. . The apartment was very small. The view from the window was dominated by a massive generator and switchgear housings.
The kitchen facilities were extremely poor.
