Very good option for a few days staying !. All rooms facing the sea and partly to the mountains. Morning and late night sound of the waves. Close to the national park. Very helpful and kind staff (Thank you !). Private beach - safe for swimming - with comfortable lounge. And clean swimming pool. Bar with reasonable price and menu while waiting for the dinner.. Probably music a bit too loud from the neighbouring hotel..

Like name hotels in Kusadasi, you get the minimum of what you pay for and the vibe is scammy.. The hotel has updated decorations and is striving for the boutique feel. It is right on the water but some of the photos can be misleading, there is no beach, but raised sand on a breakwall. The rooms suited our needs; things we like in the rooms were showers with mostly hot water and nice views from the balcony. The included breakfast and dinners were descent and ultimately what made us choose this hotel.. Our traveling companions had some major issues with the staff of this hotel. Namely, the hotel states it offers to arrange airport transport from Izmir. Our friend booked this service and had confirmation from the hotel it was set up. They arrived late in the evening and the shuttle never appeared. The hotel told them basically it was not their responsibility to help them and offered no alternative or refund. They ended up having an extremely stressful time obtaining a taxi for the 1+ hour trip in. Upon arrival, they were given a room without AC and had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. When my partner and I arrived the next day, we were given, unknowingly to us, the same AC-less room and again had to switch. Otherwise, some other frustrating parts of our stay were: the spa area and indoor pool is unfinished and not functional (which is not clear on the website), the dock is old and rusted, there is not much actual water frontage compared to the properties on either side (though some of the photos include parts of these properties and are somewhat misleading), and the hotel to the north is VERY loud with tons of music and families/children..

Excellent, was a super choice .. Beautiful, modern and comfortable hotel. Excellent location, direct access and private beach, right at the entrance of a beautiful national park, away from mass tourism sites. Super breakfast. Kids loved it.. Wifi is quite weak, it did not work in the room, only at the reception area..

Grate holiday. Grate hotel!!!!! The location is amazing and the hotel staff is more than kind and helpful. The rooms are extremely big and very clean. We had an amazing time. We are definitely coming back.. Everything was grate except the breakfast was little poor..

Exceptional. We had a fantastic experience at Maia Resort. The hotel location and view is amazing, pool cool and inviting, the surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed the convenience of half board serving breakfast and dinner. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area of Güzelçamlı is awesome and we highly recommend.. Although breakfast was okay it was limited especially for western palates. There was no coffee unless paid extra although there was tea. No eggs one day leaving only bread and cheese mostly. Limited cocktails..

Noisy place that doesn't worth its price. Friendly staff, Wonderful view from the suite, Suite size, Design of the place in general, National park nearby Nice furniture at the beach area (sun-beds, tables, etc). Hotel in general: 1. Noisy place, loud Turkish music almost all day long 2. Poor Wi-Fi 3. Only one english speaking employee 4. Spa zone doesn't work 5. Noises from everywhere 6. Maids just ignore issues in the suite, like burned-out bulbs, broken handles, non-working sinks Buffet: 1. Constantly running around and skating scooters children! 2. The clatter of dishes from the cleaning/washing area 3. The dishes is not really clean 4. The food is not interesting and most of the time cold Private beach area: 1. Broken pier 2. Dirty and scruffy lawn 3. Dirty sand zone full of plastic trash and cigarette butts Suite: 1. Almost no sound isolation, guests will hear noises from everywhere around - corridor, neighbours, buffet, outside area, hotel nearby 2. No hot water most time of a day! 3. Tap water is salty and in general doesn't feel "clean" 4. Toilet didn't flush properly, sink didn't work 5. Suite was quite dirty, a lot of trash under the bed.
