The staff went above and beyond with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every request was met with a smile, and their local recommendations added a personal touch to our stay. Our room was a haven of comfort — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with breathtaking views over the Golden Horn. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. Small touches like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and an immaculately kept space made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel amenities were exceptional. The spa was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing, and the fitness facilities were modern and well-equipped. The hotel was good because it made us feel home from the moment we came, I was also impressed by Kadriye who clean room. The cleaner Kadriye did a great job in cleaning my room.I was stunned by my room cleaningness when I came back in the hotel. .

Nice stay. I stayed here for two nights while I was getting my hair transplant as it's partnered with a local clinic. The hotel stay was excellent. Very well presented, staff were excellent. I used room service both nights. It was fast, and the food was tasty. The prices were on par with UK hotel prices. For anyone staying at this hotel, it was a very pleasant stay.. .

Highly recommend. Our stay at Mövenpick Golden Horn was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is calm, elegant, and very clean, but what made the experience truly special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail We stayed there during our honeymoon, and it was the perfect choice—especially after a disappointing experience at another hotel. The way the team welcomed us, cared for us, and made us feel valued truly made up for everything we went through before. We’re so grateful to the entire team for turning things around and making our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul, especially for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing stay 💛. .

Nice and convenient hotel. Very conveniently located neat hotel with high standards as expected from Movenpick chain. Preferred to have some coffee & tea at the cafe next to the lobby area, while waiting for our son’s high school entry exam ending. Thanks to Amine Hanim who helped us on the service as well as the tea and coffee selection. She was quite helpful and fast.. .

Coffee and dessert. Amine - very good experience my coffee was so good with my little dessert! Very friendly and smiley! All hotel staff went above and beyond!! Would stay again! Very clean! Loved my stay so so much! The restaurant food was great and had so much choice! I would definitely recommend and would come back again.. .
