It was very reasonable on price and our room was lovely, it just needs attention in some areas. The room on the 4th floor was perfect - clean and great size, the pool was cold but refreshing, Elena on reception was helpful.. The food was okay but there were so many flies it made the dinner experience unpleasant, the restrictions on drinks for an all inclusive wasn’t great but the cost reflected what you were getting.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.. Nothing. No lift or help upstairs with luggage. Food was very poor and always cold, not replaced when none left. Only one choice for meal. All drinks served in dirty plastic glasses. Warm drinks and no ice available. All areas of hotel accept bedrooms were dirty and never seen them cleaned. Hot water for shower only available when the sun has been out for many hours. On non sunny days it was cold showers. Staff were very unfriendly and rude. No lights on landings and stairs until well after dark even after staff being advised many times. There does not appear to be any health and safety procedure. All in all an absolutely discussing hotel..
