Awful. They have been kind in changing my initial booking adding an additional room on a short notice. The room were not clean, I was unable to close the door during the night: they fixed it the day after but with a patch. In the room there was a not working fridge which spilled water when I tried to move it in order to close the non functioning door during the night. The last morning I was there there was an earthquake and we run out of the building but no advice from the owner on how to behave. Also despite the situation since we were leaving early in the morning they did not provide us neither the breakfast. We stayed there 2 nights and the room were not cleaned in between the two days: we have been told that we need to ask for cleaning..

NEVER STAY AGAIN-DONT TRUST ADVERTISED SERVICE, TRANSFERS ADVERTISED AS INCLUDED, BUT WERE EXTRA!. The lady receptionist was really lovely, she made us a really nice breakfast most days, The other reception staff were also nice.. BEWARE The Hotel advertised "included hotel transfers" but would not honour this. They charged me €50 each way. I made the booking through Booking.com, they said they would reimburse me but they were not happy with the receipt that I provided, so did not honour that. We were out of pocket by €100. The male receptionist, the night we arrived, was poorly informed he told us that there was no breakfast!!!.

Overall, a pleasant stay.. The Akman Hotel is situated in a superb location, very close to the seafront with shops and restaurants. Adaland Aqua Park is only a 15-minute drive away. The receptionists are very helpful; they assist in organizing taxis and contacted our tour agent when they were running late. We had to change our check-in date by a day, and they were very accommodating without charging us extra.. The breakfast could be better. Wifi connection is really bad unfortunately..

Cozy and affordable in the center of Kusadasi. We spent a comfortable and easy-to-reach night with my friends. It was a very good accommodation in terms of price performance.. .

disappointing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very near the beach.. The bathroom was in a terrible condition. The shower cabin in the bathroom was too old and the doors of the cabin were sticky and hard to move. And when I used some power to open the doors, the whole shower cabin collapsed and the glass broke into a thousand pieces! The roof of the bathroom needed repair and the accessories on the walls of bathroom fell down when you touch them. And there was also a problem with air condition. It was not working strong enough to cool the room and the temperature in the room was over 30 degrees Celsius. Water was running from air condition on the wall. When I called the receptionist they said that the air condition could not be fixed and switched it off. The internet was very slow..
