Great location but that’s about it. The location was great. Breakfast was below average. Juice was charged at 30 lira per glass. No wifi at all in the entire hotel couldn’t even connect while standing in reception. Don’t stay on level 4 all you hear during every meal service are chairs being scraped across the floor. When checking out asked reception to call a taxi got told no none will come because of the cruise ships in port..

Would not stay here again. The bedroom was clean the housekeeping staff were great and location fantastic. Resturant- I wouldn't bother getting out of bed for breakfast. Facilities in Resturant not clean, serving dishes that keep food warm was not cleaned and food from previous days floating in water .
Noise- noise level on 4th floor disgraceful as resturant a d pool on 5th floor every time a chair in the resturant is moved on the 5th floor you can hear it in your bedroom. EXTREMELY BAD . I would NOT recommend this hotel 😐.

Worst stay ever. Nothing honestly. - Dirty, needs serious renovation, does not look like the photos, couldn’t shower due to broken shower, no internet/wifi in the rooms- neither at the reception area, the refrigerator never worked, no connectors on the wall only 1 in the bathroom, the profile of people who chooses this hotel seems to be very odd, not a clean place at all.. in total, for this amount of money you just get a bad-horribly smelly/non aired room, you can’t shower, no internet, you cant even charge your phone! All in all don’t go there!.

The price, location and rooftop view beat the poor quality of the rooms.. The location is extremely convenient if you are going to the port. The roof top has a nice view, you can see the whole town, the castle, the sea of course. Some of the staff members were very friendly and nice, some were just busy with their work, not so friendly. There is a free parking available. We didn’t use the pool on the roof, but I guess it’s nice at the sunset.. The room wasn’t clean, the hotel in general needs lots of work. The price and location win over the downsides, but don’t expect to see a nice room or great breakfast. There was no working AC in the room. We kept the balcony door open, but it’s very loud outside at night, so sleeping through the night was quite a challenge..

It needs to be CLEAN.. The manager was nice and helpful.. Bathroom dirty. Single bed dirty. Old air condition. TV didn’t work. Extra blankets were dirty. The towels very dirty..
