Amazing staff and views. The position on the cliffs with the sea coming in below was amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and super efficient. We don’t like buffets but this one was outstanding. And the fish restaurant downstairs excellent. The pool is big and long with lots of sunbeds. The decor is dated throughout the hotel, and if you’re not into buffets, there’s little alternative. The gym is too small and the equipment is limited, and very old..

Not happy all all - Disappointed. The view was amazing. The facilities weren’t that clean. The room are not 5 star hotel standards - All inclusive is not really all inclusive different from other hotels I have visited before - U need to pay to have fun at the hotel yes to play pool table you must pay separately from you all I inclusive.

Beautiful view and decent location.. The view and the location is spectacular. It’s nice to be able to have the option of the pool and sea.. The food is extremely repetitive. They use the same empty bottles of toiletry and just top up instead of providing new bottles of lotion, conditioner etc. The furniture of the hotel is extremely old and certain furniture in the room was broken. The furniture is very outdated and doesn’t feel clean. I’ve been going to the same hotel for 8 years and there is no exception regardless that I’m a regular and visit the same hotel annually. I had issues with my reservation as it wasn’t accepting my card and the room was automatically cancelled. I had to rebook the room for an increased price and when I contacted the hotel to explain, they were not willing to budge to the initial price. I’ve been staying here for 8 years and don’t think I’ll make it to 9 years..

Room service should be more effective, mattresses were not comfortable, rooms should be clean well. Location, view, sea and food collection. Staff were very helpful and nice. Room service was very bad, rooms not clean and bathroom not clean as well.
