Very very disappointed!! Terrible experience overall.. I stayed in many hotels in Marmaris and this summer I wanted to check this hotel but big mistake !! Initially made a reservation for a specific room for 5 nights via a travel agency. For some reason, I then received a text message from the hotel saying that the room I reserved is for a different room (which is a lower quality room) Their reasoning was that the money I paid was not enough for the original room which did not make any sense to me. I then reached out to the travel agency and the agency again confirmed the correct room type but the hotel still insisted on their false claim and could not confirm my room. I could not get a reply from the hotel confirming my room. I got sick and tired of dealing with the hotel management and ended up canceling the reservation and only booked two nights for the lower room. The hotel manager was not helpful at all. When I went to the hotel I talked to the hotel manager about this and why they did not get back to me on my reservation, her answer was "we don't have to !!!!!" I was shocked to hear that. I knew immediately that I made a mistake coming to this place.
The restaurant was terrible. Most of the menu items are not available. Every time I order something I would get a response such as 'oh our pizza oven broke. no pizza today. No pide today. No lahmacun' or 'our pizza cook left the job suddenly and looking for a replacement' , bla bla.... And the food that is available to order from the menu took forever to get and the food quality was terrible. After seeing this I decided not to eat hotel anymore and went to the town of Marmaris instead for much cheaper much better quality food.
Beach is not bad but unfortunately, because of all the boats in the marina, it was not always clean. Especially in the afternoons, it would get dirty. You can see it in the pictures. I was afraid to put my head underwater because I did not feel safe.
And the room we stayed.... Unfortunately, there is no way to cool your room when you are not in the room. As soon as you remove the key fob from the wall all electricity shuts down and the air conditioner does not work. So every time we come to our room it felt like we are in a sauna. While in the room air conditioning works but the air comes right above where you sleep so direct cold air hits you which makes it impossible to sleep at night. When you turn it off room gets hot and sticky very quickly. We actually all got sick by the end of the stay due to hot cold hot cold in the room. The hotel should allow customers to cool the room while they are at the beach instead of being cheap and trying to save electricity.
This hotel can be a decent place with a proper hotel manager, a proper restaurant, and a clean sea but as it is, I would not recommend it to anyone.. .

Worst experience ever!. We made a terrible mistake for reserving this hotel months ago having good reviews from local friends who are regular customers. When we first checked in, we learned that the management is changed recently and the people we were engaged while making our reservations quit their job already with the rest of the all employees including kitchen team. First impression is that the rooms were clean and spacious. Sea is not an expected Marmaris kind of sea, they had a growing marina and you have to swim between many boats, actually inside a marina, not an open and clean sea, not a pleasant experience and not very clean when considered the regional standards. First couple of days we tried to have lunch in the hotel. I say 'tried' because they even did not have the capability of taking right orders, the waiters were terrible, no necessary training and they were rude, without any manners. They either canceled our food, or had some technical problems and we kept staying hungry and furious at all lunch times. Although we complained all the time and arguing with incompetent staff, the new manager lady was running away all the time and never asked what was our problem. After spending a week in this hotel with terrible experiences, I see that the new management and the manager lady is the main problem. Hoping that the real owner of the hotel reads this review and the same kind of other bad reviews all written this summer and changes the management soon, especially the manager lady who is not aware of customer service. I should also add that the restaurant was extremely expensive with small portions. If you accidentally find yourself in this terrible place, try to eat your dinner in closest Marmaris marina in order to keep your sanity and money at least once in a day.. .

Amazing beach in stunning location with great staff. Just seen the last few reviews and can't believe it's the same place! We came for day visit, booked via hotels WhatsApp link and no issues with this at all. Service is great, very unintrusive and non pushy leading to a very relaxed day. If you want a drink and a waiter is not passing by as soon as you get up one comes to you, all staff really helpful and friendly...you're not hassled to keep buying.
We have eaten lunch there the last couple of days, food of excellent quality and service great.
Prices are very good too.
The swimming among boats post I can't understand? The boats are well away from the beach which is incredible by the way...proper sand and clear water.
We came for 1 day and will have done 4 by the end of our holiday, wish we'd gone sooner.. .

Very disappointed!. The hotel location is out of town (10 min by Dolmus) but their private sand beach facing the Joya Marina is beautiful; but that is the only positive. Rooms are small, breakfasts are monotonous & exactly the same every day with no choice given to order an omelet with cheese & mushroom…. I asked & then told its possible, but must pay extra, no fruit or fruit juice offered & service is dreadfully slow with waiters very confused with getting orders out! No menu’s offered while on beach & pool area. No information or signs indicating that there is a TRY 530 extra charge for hotel guests using the large canopy type sun-beds. Prices shown on dinner menu for a bottle of wine was way lower that the final bill & what reflected on our final check out bill! Suggest to ask for bills as you go along & sign them. The PR lady did remove some items from our bill, but by that time we were so fed-up & just wanted to leave! Would not recommend this hotel.. .

Unless there is a complate revamp, I wouldn't stay here again.. I liked the view from the beach, I didn't mind the distance from the center because I wanted to opt for a less polluted beach. The internet worked well our whole stay. Our rooms were clean, the mattress was ok.. The beach was littered with plastic and garbage. The menu wasn't really for International clientele. Our eggs had shells in them for 3 consecutive days. I was really hoping for at least a 4* experience and I'm sad to day, we didn't get that. Hospitality was sub par and that may be because very few employees actually spoke English so it was difficult to communicate. Our concerns..

Super friendly boutique beach-hotel a short hop from Marmaris. Super friendly staff who made us feel "part of the family". Gorgeous private beach, right in front of a very reasonably priced restaurant and cozy bar. It was wonderful sitting by the brazier on the beach after dinner, just watching the waves lapping on the shore.. Nothing.
