Excellent location. We stayed here recently. Location is fantastic. Hotel is clean. Pool is cold. Food not to my liking so we ate out so wouldn't go half board again. Lots of sun loungers even at mid day. Very quiet around pool so lacking atmosphere... Had requested and paid extra for a pool view. Didn't get this..

This stay was part of a month of travel staying at 8 similarly priced hotels this was by far the most disappointing. Do. The property is well located but there are many others located in the area.. The property was very old. We were given a ground floor accessible room. Although neither of us were disabled. The external door to the grounds did not lock and we raised this with the front desk. The door remained unlock-able for the duration of our stay. They do not allow you to pay per drink. When we checked out we noted drinks increased in price after the first. I.e first drink 250 lira second 500 although it was same drink. This was the same for Bottles and as such our bar tab far exceeded expectations on checkout. The food was ample but ordinary we paid for half board but ate out for every meal. We stayed at double tree by Hilton our final night at similarly priced 400 meters up the road which was exceptional. I suggest you do the same. Also pictures don’t represent accommodation and the fan on the ceiling constantly clicked which made sleeping difficult and there is no exhaust fan in bathroom..

Pleasant. The staff were very kind and caring. The pool was very clean, and we were very pleased to spend a lot of time swimming and laying beside it. Very cute cats hanging around. The location is excellent.. Wifi connection was weak while we were in our room The bed was not very comfortable. The most unpleasant experience was that though the service was half board and dinner was supposed to be free, no beverage was served during dinner for free and we had to pay an overpriced fee for every kind of drink (water, coke, juices...)..

Worst holiday experience. I found the hotel to be clean. And that's about all good I can find to .our cleaner was a lovely person, and did a great job every day.. On the night we arrived at 12.30, all we wanted was a cup of tea, we're told very abruptly that we would have to wait until the morning in fact all we needed was some milk..the food was a total disgrace, half wasn't edible and the other half was stone cold, there was no view or no sunshine , no form of any entertainment. I found the staff to be unhelpful and very lacking in good manners. It we found it was with dread going down to dinner in the evening, as i can honestly say we didn't enjoy any of evening meals or breakfasts. My whole holiday was a let down I had been very ill during the year, and was so looking forward to this break away. Needless to say it was a complete letdown. I will not be coming back..

I have stayed here before and the improvements are really good. I would stay again but maybe have a room higher up so I. Pool, people and restaurant were lovely.. Although my suit was really nice and clean, it was very dark and no natural sunlight.

Found a Gem here. I'm coming to Kusadasi over 20 years, 1st time staying here & I think I found a Gem.. Was half board and must say, the food was superb with huge variety every day. Also, very clean, fantastic staff, very comfortable pool area.. Wifi bit hit and miss when not in your room but really didn't bother me..
