Good. . It needs maintenance!!! The spot is perfect and the employees are very good. I really enjoy the little houses and the wonderful garden thats why I keep coming back to the same place every year!!.

Pleasant. Garden was beautiful. Houses were cute .. Pool was dirty. No facilities at rooms, no electrical teapot no cups.

Very poor. Location was good right on the marina. AC was good. When I arrived toilet wouldn’t flush an shower was cold no hot water I asked for both to be fixed went out for hours came back still not fixed had to ask again. Then was resolved. There were holes in the sheets. Blanked was like a single bed sheet. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Electricity went one day for a couple of hours for whole hotel. I stayed for a week and not once was my room cleaned! I had to ask again twice before I got clean towels an bedding I had to bring the old ones myself an get new. The noise of crickets or whatever it was outside was non stop very annoying kept me awake sometimes. Walk into my room was through grass and bushes would be better if there was a little walk way or at least swept the path outside the door.

The location and view from outside is good but the quality and service is very bad.. Location is good - just near the port, public beach area and shopping gallery. Hotel dispose own parking lot. The rooms look amazing from outside - like villas located in beautiful garden with olive, orange, lime and pomegranate trees around them. Continental breakfast was not bad but you have the same choice every morning, if you stay more than 2 days it’s not good.. The room was very dirty and exhausted, it needs to be renovated. The smell of mould in the bathroom and especially in the wardrobe - it smelled so much inside that I preferred not to use it for my clothes. Very dirty bathroom - I was forced to take shower in slippers. I tried to ask the hotel staff to change my room for cleaner one but all rooms they’ve shown to me were the same. So the hotel have big problems with housekeeping. Cleaning is made only 1 time per 2 days so they even do not take your trash if you do not ask. The hotel staff almost do not speak English - there is just 1 lady at reception who speaks English and the others do not understand you and can’t help. The bar beer the pool was not ok - I ordered a Mojito and it was disgusting - I can’t drink it but they anyway took the money..

Excellent staff couldn’t be more helpful but suites lacking in cleanliness. Brilliant breakfast staff very attentive. Could be more aware of Coeliac disease and the need for a gluten-free diet. More choice with evening meals. Pool excellent. Towels changed on request. Brilliant showers.. The suites need to be cleaner and in need of TLC.

Dreadful. The location was very central and close to the shops.. The rooms were not kept clean. The garden was poorly kept and not swept. The pool and the pool side were the same ie dirty and not kept. My bathroom stunk so bad that I couldn't use it. This was due to poor plumbing as I noticed that there was no u bent under the sink. My flush didn't work so asked it to be fixed and they did but this should have been noticed before my check in. The shower didn't work so I had to keep my finger on the shower button to have a wash. The breakfast was OK but the tea machine looked like it has not been washed for a long time. The owner had a massive dog that growled and barked at the visitors especially to children which was not nice. There was no tea making facilities at the property even though it was advertised. I am struggling to say anything positive but the young man who worked at the restaurant was very pleasant and worked very hard..
