Amazing Hotel. We had an amazing stay at the Armani hotel in late June. Fantastic rooms and exemplary service across the board. Excellent location with internal access to Dubai Mall. We would definitely stay here again when in Dubai. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond.. .

The service, the location, the kindness of all the staff, always with a smile.
Stunning views from my suite on the 39th floor.
A superb breakfast and one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been.
I hope to return soon for another visit... .

Disgraceful behavior. No accountability. No luxury. During a short business stop before our flight, my husband and I experienced the most disrespectful treatment we have encountered in any five-star property.
We submitted a formal complaint — and after over a month of follow-up, we received vague apologies but no accountability or clear action. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to represent excellence.
Disgraceful behavior. No accountability. No luxury — just low-level, arrogant treatment dressed in a designer brand. Stay elsewhere.
Additionally, the late-night atmosphere in and around the lobby — specifically near the entrance — was incongruous with the brand’s values, marked by a concentration of activity that raised serious reputational concerns.. .

Beyond spectacular service quality.. I visited Armani Lounge for a quick coffee break with 2 friends. We ordered a Spanish Latte, cheesecake, tiramisu, and dark chocolate cake. Absolutely everything tasted beyond delicious and delightful, and that’s mainly due to Chef Gianmarco’s (pastry chef) exquisite culinary skills. The only thing better than the taste of the food was the beyond amazing and spectacular service from the team, mainly Ms. Marina, Ms. Paula, Mr. Kerols Maher, and Ms. Wit. Their service quality was beyond outstanding, as they always succeed at delivering service way beyond expectations and always delight their customers.
Definitely and absolutely recommend for friends, couples, family, even if you’re going solo, and I am more than definitely coming back again.. .

stay in the tallest building in the world!. first location and access to everything in the area is the best. they are literally part of the Burj and they have underground access to the mall so you don't have to fight the heat outside. Sonia upgraded me to a lovely spacious suite and Trisha helped me buy very hard to get Dubai chocolates. i got a 30 min massage which was great. secret tip go to the pool you will have the best picture opportunities of the Burj since the pool takes up the entire left side of the building. would highly recommend this hotel.. .

My Second Home - Armani. My experience at the Armani has been fabulous.
Every time I am in Dubai, I stay there. It has been a second home for me and the team there are all amazing. I do thank them all but in specific Dina Fawzi - Lifestyle Manager has been fantastic and extremely a great host and ambassador to the brand of Armani.. .

Amazing hotel, fantastic staff and service.. A quick visit for 2 nights at this world class hotel. Wow such an experience to stay within the Burj Khalifa. This hotel smelt amazing everywhere, if I could bottle it and bring it home it would be fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, everything you need and the staff are simply amazing. Every member of staff you came into contact with were so friendly, helpful and just wanted to make your stay amazing. Ali at breakfast was a credit to the hotel. He made our morning breakfast experience fantastic. The gentleman who checked us in again was so helpful and informative, I’m sorry I didn’t write his name down. The views are spectacular, atm the fountains are off which was a disappointment but not the hotels fault , it just means we will have to return. Access to the mall was brilliant, you don’t have to go outside at all.. .

Exceptional stay in Dubai. The service at this five-star hotel was exceptional and we’ve stayed at a lot of five and six star hotels around the world. The decor was understated and elegance, and the state was extremely comfortable. The attentiveness to detail really made this stand out. Job well done!. .

Overcharged And Took Advantage Of My Situation. Hotel was nice and location perfect. I was there to see the Burj Khalifa, which is specifically why I chose Armani. It occupies floors 1-39. I had a nice suite on the 38th floor. The huge issue and disappointment causing 1 star rating (I would rate it 0), is that I booked it for 5/12- 5/13. My flight arrived at 10:30pm on the 11th. I thought it would take longer than it did to go thru passport control and customs. I got to the hotel at 11:50pm. I checked out at 9pm the next day (May 12th) for my 1:30am flight on 5/13 . They charged me for two nights. I was there for less than 24 hours. I object to hotels charging just because they can. It's abusive. There are better and more trustworthy hotels to stay at in Dubai.
The reservation clerk initially processed my check in and set me up for the room on the 38th floor, but got confused because of the check in date on the reservation. She asked the manager for help, and he took over. He gave me a story that the room was not available unless I was willing to pay for two nights. Then he tried to give a room on the 5th floor, but I insisted that the clerk just told me that I was getting the 38th floor. He told me that the room was no longer available. He change his story after a short conversation. Since I was already there and had traveled for more than 18 hours from California, I felt I had no choice so agreed to the two night charge. No sympathy at all for my situation from the Armani manager !!!. .
