Definitely 1 star hotel now. This was our 2nd visit to Neopol Hotel Kusadassi , we won’t be back . In 2 years there has been a huge decline . Dirty balconies , no clean linen , no housekeeping , no towels available , thread bare chairs , broken parasols . Staff were new and inexperienced but friendly . The only thing going for this hotel is the terrace view . Not rebooking. .

❌ AVOID THIS HOTEL.. We booked this Hotel on our first visit in Turkey , it was a very good deal with Love holidays,we were very excited , that we didn’t bother to check reviews, !!!! Bad mistake, I was totally aware we were not booking a 4⭐️ hotel , but this experience was a complete disaster!!!!! We arrived in the early morning & we had to curry our own case through dark stairs , The room looked nice till next morning!!! Some of the problems to mention : -no wi-fi for a full week, all we got was smiles & excuses -staff not speaking English & in some occasions not friendly at all -over priced drinks served by teenagers with not clue -rooms dirty & dusty -multiple time left with no toilet paper & towels for shower -one of the air conditioners not working & leaking all over our clothes -Breakfast was poor & low quality food Just to mention a few !!! We complaint multiple time but very little was done, so when we ask to the General manager for some sort of compensation , he made us feel completely put of place, & walked away without even apologising… I don’t usually do write reviews but in this occasion I felt like I had to Marco. .

My experience in this hotel was amazing I would definitely recommend everyone to go brilliant customer service. Just wanted to write a quick review on this amazing hotel definitely recommend everyone to stay here if planning going away to Turkey amazing customer service people working here are just so nice and friendly definitely like family all staff. The manager of this hotel is definitely the nicest man you would come across also foods really good my hotel rooms were amazing especially with the overlook of the sea out at the balcony and when at night the hotels all lit up with the pool outside too couldn’t of went to a better hotel definitely be back❤️. .

2 star hotel. This hotel is a scam!! do not stay here.. Avoid this hotel. This hotel advertises as a 4 star hotel. We arrived late night after a long flight and drive. You have to carry the luggages yourself, with no lift. The corridor is dimly lit. It is a complete trip hazard carrying luggages in dark stairs. The room is basic, with one of the 2 AC unit is working. The shower is the worst. Mouldy, dirty and the water smelled funny. No hot water. We left the hotel demanding refund!. .

Mala experiencia. Muy mal servicio en recepción. No nos ayudaban con las maletas para subir a la habitación que estaba muy lejos. Las instalaciones muy sucias y viejas. . .

Happy stay, would come back for sure. This hotel was so convienient to get to! It is smack bang in the middle of kusadasi, so the distance to the centrum (is about 20 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by taxi) and about 30 min walk to ladies beach and 5 mins in a taxi ). The room was a good size, bed very comfortable, air con was brilliant, no issues with the room. The staff were friendly, and hotel grounds are small -which was handy as nothing worse walking ages from the pool to your room! This hotel was so good to stay at- they dont really offer continential food , but they do lovley pizzas and chips and great turkish cuisine. We stayed at this hotel September 2023 ( but could only select from october onwards lastyear for my review) and this year september 2023 we stayed at Le Bleu down at ladies beach, and Neopol Hotel was far nicer, and staff were so lovley compared to Le Bleu that claims they are 5 star. We got better treated by staff, and had a better stay at Neopol. We kept saying this year while staying at le Blue how much happier we would be if we had of booked neopol! This hotel is lovley and has great views. The smaller ground hotels seem to be ran much better than big ones. I would definaltly stay here again at Neopol.. .

Great location fab views. That where it all ends!! Disgustingly Dirty!!!!!!. Rooms filthy no hot water toilet leaked!! After two days and several requests we Moved rooms!! New room shower drain blocked we had to clean it out ourselves. Disgusting !!Flush toilet and bubbles up through shower. Everything was dirty. !! Floors, patio windows just manky!!!. .

AVOID. Stayed at this Hotel on a few occasion's over a period of a few years, it has changed names a few times, sitting on the top of a hill with spectacular views the location is perfect. We new what to expect and were not expecting 5* what we got unfortunately was -1* . We arrived early morning and had to drag our cases to our room up 4 flights of stairs, the room on first glance looked great with a very comfortable bed and pillows, as it was 4am we went straight to bed had a really nice sleep, In the morning we noticed that the bathroom floor was flooding, on further inspection we found that it was in fact the toilet leaking on to the floor. We also noticed that the toilet was still filthy from the previous occupants We reported this to reception to a lovely lady who said the technician would fix it when we were at the beach. Came back that evening to shower NO hot water either. Two days later still no one came to look at it and no towel change or room clean , it was at this stage we could see the dirt on the floors and windows also the lighting was very poor even when working. Again we reported to reception ,meanwhile ,buying cleaning product for the bathroom to clean the toilet ourselves. We arrived back that evening ,they reported that the leak was fixed ,on entering the room we were were greeted with the stench of sewage. We flushed the toilet only to see that the leak was still there and flooding the floor. At this stage we asked to be moved to another room as we could not stay with the smell, the guy on reception obliged, handed me a key to the room next door, we then moved our belongings in happy to be out of that room. We decided to go out ,used the shower, only to find that the drain would not take the water away and flooded the bathroom! We went out that evening and advised the guy on reception of the situation, he said they would fix in the morning ,did it happen no. I purchased a screwdriver pulled up the drain and had to clean out the hair and other gunk so we could use it without flooding. At this stage we had no option to contact Love Holidays to advise of the difficulty's their excellent response was the best way to resolve this would be to talk to reception ! Appalling customer service they also said that these were only MINOR issues. Faulty Towers would seem 5* compared to this filthy place the unfortunate thing is it could ,with a small bit of TLC be the gem it once was. Apologies for the long winded revue I could go on re other issues but what's the point! FYI we have been holidaying in Kusadasi for 23 years we NEVER had issues that we could not resolve ourselves, this has experience has soured us and ruined our holiday so much so we are determinized not to return there again. Shame on Love Holidays!. .

. Aussicht bombastisch, Pool ist auch sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Aus den Wänden hing im Bad die Steckdose raus . Die Glastür im Bad hatte keinen Knauf zum öffnen und schließen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer was vom Schnitt sehr schön war aber die obere Klimaanlage war defekt, als Ersatz gab es einen zusammen gebastelten Ventilator. Das Frühstück war gar nicht gut, die Auswahl mager und für die Kinder nicht mal Gläser oder Becher geschweige denn Saft oder Wasser im Angebot dafür hätte man zahlen müssen und das mit utopischen Preisen. Auch wenn der Preis völlig in Ordnung war, werden wir dort nicht mehr einchecken. . .
