Bad. The location is exceptionally good. Easy access to all kind of shops and the beach.. Having stayed at numerous hotels across four continents, I regret to say this was one of my worst experiences. The staff was unprofessional and rude, particularly the breakfast server. The room was dirty, the WiFi coverage was limited, the elevator was broken, and the facilities and furniture were subpar, and the list goes on. I moved to a hotel just 10 minutes away, and the difference is astonishing, despite the lower rate. For anyone seeking a pleasant stay in Marmaris, I certainly do not recommend this hotel..

Never again. The hotel is in a great location very close to the beach front.. I have now stayed her twice and wont again. Both stays which were a week each my room was not cleaned. There was never anyone even try to clean it. I never had the bed changed or fresh towels on either stay. When I approached the cleaner and asked her to please change the bed and out fresh towels in she told me she had no key. If i wanted it cleaning i would need to leave my key with reception which I definitely did not feel safe doing. There is bugs all over the rooms i was killing them constantly in the room. The bathroom window didnt close in either room. On my second stay the shower head was broken off of the wire so i had to shower with just the wire. The fridge didn’t work and on looking inside was absolutely disgusting. Theres wires hanging out the walls. When i told the receptionist on checking out the only answer he gave me was ‘youve been here for a week and ive never seen you before’. Not helpful at all and doesnt seem bothered. Wont stay again.

Not worth the money I paid. The only positive about the place is the location.. The location.. No hot water. Breakfast was not good. The property is fairly clean. Bedding is too small for the beds. Balcony sliding door did not work. Breakfast tables are dirty. Will not advise anybody to stay there. For the 4 days we stayed there we had to shower every night in cold water. This was not a temporary problem. It is a permanent problem and they do nothing about it. During the day there is hot water but nothing in the morning or evening. If you complain the staff lying to you and start ignoring you..
