. My wife and I recently stayed at Dersaadet Hotel in Istanbul, and without a doubt, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had the best service possible. They pay attention to every detail, making you feel like you’re truly valued. On our check-out day, there was a marathon happening in the city, causing significant traffic delays, and our driver’s arrival was delayed as a result. As I waited in the lobby, I chatted with a couple, and once our car arrived, we rushed to the airport as we were already running late. However, just as we were about to leave the hotel, I received an urgent message from the hotel staff informing me that I had possibly left behind a small bag containing our passports! It would have been impossible to return to the hotel due to the road closures, and we feared we wouldn’t make our flight in time. But the hotel staff, particularly Ilhan at the front desk and the hotel manager, Ozan, went above and beyond to help. They arranged for one of their team members to take the tramway and meet us on the way. Within 30 minutes, this young gentleman had reached us and returned the bag. Thanks to their incredible support, we managed to catch our flight just in time. This level of dedication and customer service is truly exceptional and hard to find anywhere else.. .

. Friendly staffs, hotel within walking distance to sightseeing locations but it's located on a quiet street. We stayed at the corner suite , the room is very cozy and it has amazing water view. Also hotel comes with breakfast , it's situated on the roof top with breath taking view.. .

Great location, views and amazing staff. Amazing staff, they made our stay very special. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served provides beautiful views of the old city, the Bosphorus and even the Asian side of Istanbul. Great location . .

. I loved the Bosphorous view from my bedroom window and breakfast area on the terrace. Very friendly front desk staff. Shower very tiny hard to turn around.. .
