Brilliant location and perfect for families. Would highly recommend.. Amazing location with great facilities for all. Very child friendly. Staff were incredible.. It was still fairly new when we went so there were a few finishing touches to be added. I am certain it will be ready for high season and be an exceptional place to stay..

.. A very nice hotel. Super beautiful landscapes! With beautiful animals. The animation team is incredible, Selim he is so kind! we enjoy with him.It was really an incredible stay. I love really this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. .

Superb. Very nice stay. Convenient to have a private pool. Good food, may way to consider a kid’s menu. Love the herds of peacocks roaming the grounds.. They are still in the process of figuring things out so some processes can run a bit smoother..

Good. The location is great, inside the nature, amongst the citrus groves. Great Turkish breakfast!. First evening when we arrived, we had problems with the hot water and the air conditioner didn’t work ( we visited during the winter and was cold). Next morning we explained everything to the receptionist and asked them to fix the problems. We were out the whole day and when we came back in the evening, we had the same problems (apparently nobody was paying attention). So late in the evening we had to move to another house..

Superb. We stayed in a villa and it was gorgeous. We loved our stay. The pool is gorgeous and the villa has a warm tub.. You can definitely eat and drink for free at this all inclusive but lots of areas are not included. The coffee shop, bar etc. are all paid and there is only one restaurant and bar that is part of the all inclusive on the opposite side of the complex. The pools aren’t heated so a little chilly in May..

Manager that doesn’t care and help. Hotel Manager do not understand customer hospitality. I was made to wait for one hour and need repay for the room again as my reservation is not confirmed by the property. The issue with the hotel accounting caused discomfort for our family. Also because of the repayment cost us additional fee due to exchange rate difference.. .

Perfect!!. This hotel has a perfect vibe! You're surrounded by nature, there are animals, good places for food and drink, and realy nice animation. Everybody is enjoying! You can come to relax and to enjoy all the activities. I enjoyed my time and I'm coming back for sure!. .
